To Submit a Takedown Notice

Send your notice to dmca@sirenstack.com with the following:

• Your full legal name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed
• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on SIRENSTACK
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your electronic or physical signature

We will process valid notices within 5 business days and remove infringing content. We will notify the content uploader of the removal.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@sirenstack.com with your identity, the URL removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
