Iron Jack Holdings LLC operates SIRENSTACK. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Contact: privacy@sirenstack.com
Account information: Email address, display name, and for creators: government-issued ID for age verification purposes.
Payment information: We do not store full card details. Payments are processed by our authorized third-party payment processor (currently CCBill). We store transaction records, amounts, and metadata.
Usage data: Pages visited, content viewed, interactions on the platform. Used to improve the service.
Communications: Messages you send to creators or support. Content of messages is stored to facilitate delivery.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
Creator ID documents collected for 2257 compliance are stored securely and separately from general account data. Access is restricted to compliance personnel. Records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by federal law.
Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years. Payment and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. When you delete a subscriber (fan) account, we remove your subscriber profile and associated in-app data as described at sign-in; some transaction rows may be kept with your account identifier removed where retention is required.
Creators delete their accounts through the creator dashboard (Settings → Danger Zone). Creator ID / 2257 records follow the retention rules in Section 5.
Retained regardless of deletion: Content reports, abuse records, and law enforcement disclosures are retained indefinitely for legal defense and compliance. Payment transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years with personal identifiers removed.
Subscriber (fan) accounts: If you can sign in, use Account to download a machine-readable copy (JSON) of the subscriber data we associate with your account and to delete your account. If you cannot access your account, or you need a different format or additional help, contact privacy@sirenstack.com.
Creator accounts: Use your dashboard Settings to delete your creator account. For other access or correction requests, contact privacy@sirenstack.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights (for example access, correction, deletion, or portability). We will respond to verified requests sent to privacy@sirenstack.com within 30 days where applicable.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed authentication tokens, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure - if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
We use minimal cookies for session management and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
SIRENSTACK is strictly for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has accessed the platform, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
