SIRENSTACK is operated by Iron Jack Holdings LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use SIRENSTACK. By creating an account or accessing any content, you affirm that you are 18 or older. We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to require government-issued ID verification at any time.
Access to this platform from jurisdictions where adult content is prohibited is strictly forbidden. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Creators must provide accurate identity information and agree to the Creator Agreement at the time of registration. Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload and represent that all individuals depicted in content are 18 years of age or older.
Creators must maintain 2257 compliance records and make them available to Iron Jack Holdings LLC upon request.
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement:
Creators receive 90% of all revenue generated through subscriptions, tips, token purchases directed to their account, and private shows. Iron Jack Holdings LLC retains a 10% platform fee. Payouts are processed via our authorized payment processor. Iron Jack Holdings LLC is not responsible for payment delays caused by third-party processors.
Chargebacks initiated by subscribers may result in the reversal of creator earnings for the disputed transaction. Repeated chargeback abuse by subscribers will result in account suspension.
Tokens are a virtual currency usable only on SIRENSTACK. Tokens have no cash value and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Token purchases are final.
Creators retain full ownership of their content. By uploading content to SIRENSTACK, creators grant Iron Jack Holdings LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the content on the platform. Iron Jack Holdings LLC does not claim ownership of creator content.
Upon account termination, content may be removed from the platform within 30 days.
We respect intellectual property rights. To submit a DMCA takedown notice, see our DMCA Policy. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
SIRENSTACK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for content posted by creators or users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Jack Holdings LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Iron Jack Holdings LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
Iron Jack Holdings LLC has zero tolerance for human trafficking, forced labor, and sexual exploitation. We are committed to combating trafficking in all its forms.
This policy is reviewed annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in law and best practices.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
