Appeals & Takedown Policy

How to request content removal and how to appeal moderation decisions.

Content Takedown Requests

If you believe content hosted on SIRENSTACK violates your rights, depicts you without consent, or is otherwise illegal, you may request its removal by emailing:

Email: compliance@sirenstack.com

Include the following in your request:

• Your full legal name and contact information
• The URL(s) of the content you want removed
• A description of why the content should be removed (e.g., non-consensual depiction, copyright infringement, underage content)
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
• Any supporting evidence

Processing Timeline

• Emergency requests (non-consensual intimate images, suspected underage content): Processed within 24 hours. Content is removed pending investigation.
• Standard requests (copyright, rights violations): Processed within 5 business days.
• Billing disputes: Processed within 7 business days.

Appealing a Moderation Decision

If your content was removed or your account was suspended and you believe this was in error, you may appeal:

1. Email compliance@sirenstack.com with the subject line "APPEAL" followed by your username or account email.
2. Include a clear explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect.
3. Attach any supporting evidence (proof of consent, proof of age, proof of ownership, etc.).

Appeal Review

• Appeals are reviewed by a member of the compliance team who was not involved in the original decision.
• You will receive a response within 10 business days.
• If the appeal is upheld, your content will be restored and/or your account reinstated.
• If the appeal is denied, you will receive a written explanation. You may submit one additional appeal with new evidence.

Independent Resolution

If you disagree with the outcome of an appeal, you may request that the matter be resolved by an independent, neutral third-party arbitrator or mediator. Iron Jack Holdings LLC will bear the cost of such neutral resolution.

To request independent resolution, email compliance@sirenstack.com with the subject line "INDEPENDENT RESOLUTION" and a copy of your original appeal correspondence. Iron Jack Holdings LLC will respond within 10 business days to confirm the selection of a neutral resolver and the procedure for the matter to proceed.

Nothing in this policy or any other Iron Jack Holdings LLC policy shall be construed to deny a person depicted in content the right to seek independent resolution of a disputed appeal regarding removal of that content.

Right to Have Content Removed

Any person depicted in content hosted on SIRENSTACK has the right to appeal for the removal of that content. If the outcome of the investigation determines that consent was not given, or that consent is void under applicable law, the content will be removed from the platform.

To report content that you believe depicts a minor, involves trafficking, or is otherwise criminal, contact:
