Appeals & Takedown Policy
How to request content removal and how to appeal moderation decisions.
Content Takedown Requests
If you believe content hosted on SIRENSTACK violates your rights, depicts you without consent, or is otherwise illegal, you may request its removal by emailing:
Email: compliance@sirenstack.com
Include the following in your request:
- Your full legal name and contact information
- The URL(s) of the content you want removed
- A description of why the content should be removed (e.g., non-consensual depiction, copyright infringement, underage content)
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
- Any supporting evidence
Processing Timeline
- Emergency requests (non-consensual intimate images, suspected underage content): Processed within 24 hours. Content is removed pending investigation.
- Standard requests (copyright, rights violations): Processed within 5 business days.
- Billing disputes: Processed within 7 business days.
Appealing a Moderation Decision
If your content was removed or your account was suspended and you believe this was in error, you may appeal:
- Email compliance@sirenstack.com with the subject line "APPEAL" followed by your username or account email.
- Include a clear explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect.
- Attach any supporting evidence (proof of consent, proof of age, proof of ownership, etc.).
Appeal Review
- Appeals are reviewed by a member of the compliance team who was not involved in the original decision.
- You will receive a response within 10 business days.
- If the appeal is upheld, your content will be restored and/or your account reinstated.
- If the appeal is denied, you will receive an explanation. You may submit one additional appeal with new evidence.
Reporting Illegal Content
To report content that you believe depicts a minor, involves trafficking, or is otherwise criminal, contact:
