Content Provider Agreement

Effective: April 12, 2026

Required for all content creators and models on SIRENSTACK. This agreement is separate from and in addition to the Creator Agreement and Terms of Service.

1. Age Verification Requirements

As a content provider on SIRENSTACK, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I am at least 18 years of age.
• Every individual depicted in any content I upload to SIRENSTACK is at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created.
• I have verified the age of every individual depicted in my content by examining a valid government-issued photo identification document.
• I will maintain records of such age verification in compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and related regulations.
• I will make these records available to Iron Jack Holdings LLC upon request and to any governmental authority as required by law.

2. Consent Requirements

• I have obtained the informed, written consent of every individual depicted in any content I upload.
• No individual depicted in my content was coerced, forced, or trafficked into participating.
• Every individual depicted was fully informed that the content would be distributed on an adult platform.
• I will retain consent documentation for a minimum of 7 years and provide copies to Iron Jack Holdings LLC upon request.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and reporting to law enforcement:

• Content depicting any individual under the age of 18
• Non-consensual content of any kind
• Content produced through coercion, fraud, or human trafficking
• Content depicting actual violence, abuse, or sexual assault
• Content depicting bestiality
• Content that violates any applicable law

4. Record-Keeping Obligations (18 U.S.C. 2257)

Federal law requires that producers of visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct maintain records of the ages of all performers. As a content provider, you are the primary producer and custodian of records for content you create and upload.

You must maintain the following for each item of content:

• Legal name and date of birth of each depicted individual
• A copy of government-issued photo ID used for age verification
• Any stage names, aliases, or usernames used by the depicted individual
• The date the content was produced

These records must be retained for a minimum of 7 years after the content is last published.

5. Representations and Warranties

By uploading content to SIRENSTACK, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to distribute the content
• The content does not infringe on the rights of any third party
• All depicted individuals have given informed consent
• All depicted individuals are 18 years of age or older
• The content complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• You will promptly remove any content if a depicted individual withdraws consent

6. Cooperation with Investigations

Iron Jack Holdings LLC cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating illegal content. By agreeing to this Content Provider Agreement, you consent to Iron Jack Holdings LLC sharing your identity, records, and content with law enforcement when legally required or when Iron Jack Holdings LLC has a good faith belief that content may be illegal.

7. Penalties for Violation

Violation of this agreement may result in:

• Immediate removal of all content
• Permanent account termination
• Forfeiture of unpaid earnings
• Reporting to law enforcement
• Civil liability for damages
