Creator Agreement

Effective: March 14, 2026

This agreement is between you ("Creator") and Iron Jack Holdings LLC ("SIRENSTACK"). By completing creator registration, you agree to these terms.

1. Creator Status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Iron Jack Holdings LLC. You are responsible for your own taxes, business expenses, and compliance with applicable laws. Iron Jack Holdings LLC will issue a 1099 form if required by US tax law.

2. Revenue Split

You keep 90% of all revenue generated through:

• Subscription fees from your tiers
• Tips sent directly to you
• Token purchases attributed to your profile
• Private show payments

Iron Jack Holdings LLC retains a 10% platform fee to cover infrastructure, payment processing, compliance, and platform development.

Payouts are processed via our authorized payment processor. You must complete identity verification to receive payouts. Payout timing is subject to the processor's standard schedule.

3. Age Verification - Your Responsibility

This is non-negotiable and carries federal criminal liability:

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• Every person depicted in any content you upload must be 18 or older
• You must maintain 18 U.S.C. 2257 records for all depicted individuals
• You must provide copies of these records to Iron Jack Holdings LLC upon request
• You must provide government-issued ID to Iron Jack Holdings LLC during registration

Violation of this section will result in immediate termination, reporting to law enforcement, and full cooperation with any investigation.

4. Content Standards

You may not upload content that:

• Depicts minors in any sexual context (federal crime)
• Was created without the consent of all depicted individuals
• Depicts actual violence, abuse, or non-consensual acts
• Violates any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains doxxing, harassment, or threats
• Depicts bestiality

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of your content. You grant Iron Jack Holdings LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

You may export your subscriber list at any time. Your audience belongs to you.

Iron Jack Holdings LLC will not sell, license, or distribute your content to third parties without your consent.

6. Chargebacks

If a subscriber initiates a chargeback on a transaction that resulted in earnings to you, those earnings may be reversed. Iron Jack Holdings LLC will provide notice of chargebacks and work with you to dispute fraudulent ones. Excessive chargebacks on your account may result in additional verification requirements.

7. Account Termination

Iron Jack Holdings LLC reserves the right to terminate creator accounts that violate this agreement. Upon termination:

• Any earned but unpaid balance will be paid out within 30 days (minus any disputed amounts)
• Your content will be removed from the platform within 30 days
• You retain ownership of your content and subscriber data

You may terminate your account at any time. Earned revenue will be paid out on the next payout cycle.

8. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on your earnings. Iron Jack Holdings LLC will provide a 1099-NEC if your annual earnings exceed $600 (US threshold). Non-US creators are responsible for compliance with their local tax laws.

9. Disputes

Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming. Each party bears their own legal costs.

10. Updates

We may update this agreement. You will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
