How to cancel a recurring subscription on SIRENSTACK.

How to Cancel a Subscription

You may cancel any recurring (rebilling) subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future rebilling charges. You will retain access to subscribed content until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

To cancel a subscription, choose either method below:

Option 1: Contact SIRENSTACK Support

Email support@sirenstack.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include:

We will confirm your cancellation by email, typically within 1 business day. Cancellations are effective immediately as of the next rebill cycle.

Option 2: Contact CCBill Consumer Support

SIRENSTACK uses CCBill as our authorized payment processor. You may cancel any rebilling subscription directly through CCBill consumer support:

CCBill will need either the email used at checkout or the last 4 digits of the card used. CCBill processes cancellations promptly and will email you confirmation.

What Happens After You Cancel

Refunds

Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or in cases of unauthorized charges or platform error. To request a refund or dispute a charge, see our Complaints Policy or contact CCBill consumer support directly. Token purchases are non-refundable.
