How do I report abusive or illegal content?

How do I close my fan account?

Sign in, open Account, and use Delete my account in the danger zone (permanent). If you cannot sign in, email support@sirenstack.com from the address you use to sign in.

Where are creator tools or payouts?

Those live in the creator dashboard, not here. If you apply and become a creator, you'll use Dashboard → Settings and related tabs.

How do I get verified?

In your creator dashboard, open the Settings tab and complete ID verification. We review within about 24 hours. After approval you can publish.

How much do I keep?

You keep 90% of earnings. The 10% platform fee covers payment processing and infrastructure.

How do payouts work?

Payouts go through our payment partner. Setup steps will appear in your dashboard when that integration is available for your account.

Can I delete my creator account?

Yes. In Dashboard → Settings, scroll to Danger Zone. Deletion is permanent. Fan / subscriber account closure is handled on the Account page, not the creator dashboard.

What content is allowed?

Adult content is allowed for verified 18+ creators per our Creator Agreement. CSAM, non-consensual media, and illegal material are prohibited.
